Chef Brendan Noonan, formerly of The Shaved Duck, has joined the team at Eclipse Restaurant at the Moonrise Hotel.

Brendan, as sous chef, he'll work with executive chef Maurice Reed and chef de cuisine Wes Johnson (also formerly of the Shaved Duck.)
